Why did I choose MTTC?

11.8.2023

Few people knew, and probably even fewer would have guessed, that I would be heading back to coaching in the autumn of 2023. However, the background was a permanent job with a decent salary, a good team, and we hadn't spoken out loud for a while about being a coach in our own case. But here we are, at a new work machine and typing a blog post about the new winds as a partner at MTTC.

For those of you who have not yet met me, I am Kalle Saleva, ambassador of better sales and pre-staffing and from today on more than a coach. I am an energetic, approachable, process-oriented and easy-going janter. I spend my time working with clients and in my free time jogging, going to the gym, nerding out and enjoying nature.

You, on the other hand, who have already met me - you will surely come back wanting to know what drove a man to make such a decision. People who know me know that I work best in a group as part of a bigger picture and I really enjoy talking to people in a work context. So I didn't want to go into business for myself, which is the worst thing for a guy like me.

The point is that at MTTC I'm never really alone. We work together, learning from each other - in this context, one plus one is really more than two. There are no unnecessary power structures, but the activities are driven mostly by people's own inner fire for coaching, for learning new things and for a sense of community regardless of location. To be honest, the decision was also made easier by the role of a couple of old friends at MTTC - so I knew in advance that I would be part of a really good team. MTTC has also grown a lot recently, so it's great to be able to learn from people I've never met before. But you can never have too much learning.

So I didn't really just go to be a coach and a sales coach. I joined as a partner on a journey towards new skills and learning, entrepreneurial freedom and responsibility, and the opportunity to do what I really enjoy - coaching, sparring and helping other people and businesses to achieve their own goals. So, as the name suggests, it really is more than a coaching company.

So, dear reader, I am now at your disposal. If you need help to develop your sales, to make your strategy part of people's daily lives or even to find a sparring partner to take your business to the next level, please do not hesitate to contact me - I and our whole MTTC team will be happy to help you!

A very happy start to the autumn term for everyone!

PS: There is still room for a few kick-offs in the autumn, e.g. for sales, customer service or front-office staff. Send us a message and let's talk!
