Mikko Heiskanen

Coach and business developer Mikko Heiskanen is relaxed and immediate company. He is enthusiastic about working with people and is quite a wizard at facilitating and enabling co-creation.

Mikko has a long career in IT, which he got by chance when he went to work for a friend's import and wholesale company while studying sociology. Before moving into the international IT business, Mikko also managed to work as an entrepreneur, running a small IT company.

In the international IT business, Mikko has worked in a variety of roles, from product manager and sales to various management positions in sales, marketing and business development. In the last years before becoming a coach, Mikko has worked in international change management roles.

To balance his work, Mikko plays drums in a hobby band, plays tennis and enjoys spending time with his beloved family at the cottage.
