Kalle Saleva

Kalle Saleva is a fast-paced, inspiring and fun sales and change agent. Kalle's career has included thousands of appointments over the phone with a wide variety of audiences, coaching on change projects from the very beginning of sales to the front office, internal process development, day-to-day sales management and various board roles. 

Most recently, before joining More Than Training Company, Kalle was involved in successfully growing the revenue of a highly competitive CRM sector company and creating a zero-target fundraising entity with processes in the organisational world. With a clear conscience, Kalle can be called a messenger of good sales and sales management regardless of the context. 

Kalle is at home under people's eyes, whether it's a sales situation, a coaching session or even a one-on-one sparring session with a new salesperson. Kalle doesn't believe in popcorn, but he does believe in technology, processes and working hard at a high level week after week. Learning never stops for this man, but a strong thirst and belief in the new have driven him to study again and again - Kalle has four degrees in total, the latest being a degree in Business Innovation and Management with a focus on Strategic Thinking and Management (YAMK). 

As a coach and sparring partner, Kalle is energetic and forward-thinking, with whom you can openly discuss even difficult issues in a solution-oriented and non-judgmental way. Thanks to his previous studies and work history, Kalle has a strong practical approach to issues, ensuring that the issue itself remains understandable and internalised by the public without unnecessary jargon or hyperbole. The moments spent together are therefore spent in a good mood and without unnecessary gloom, without forgetting facts or circumstances, and with a practical approach. So when you work with Kalle, you are not just buying an energetic coach or sparring partner, but results and changes in the way you do things on a day-to-day basis, which will also lead to euros for the company, right down to the very last line. 

Kalle's core competencies are in developing the day-to-day operations and processes of sales, as well as the use of data and artificial intelligence in sales. In addition, taking strategically important objectives from the grassroots to the practical is something Kalle is familiar with. In everyday life, you can also find Kalle on the jogging trails in Pirkanmaa, in various potting sheds, hiking in national parks, at the Paavo Nurmi Marathon, relaxing in good restaurants, playing games on his own computer and playing airsoft. Kalle's working languages are Finnish and English.
