Johanna Vilkuna (née Kiviranta) (HM, KTK) is a coach who is inspired by stories, ideas and discussion, and who has been praised by our clients for her approachable approach, genuine presence and willingness to understand different points of view. Johanna's areas of expertise include change management and implementation in organisations, as well as salesmanship development for experts. Her strengths in these areas include the ability to perceive and concretise large-scale entities and systems in an understandable form, to identify cause-and-effect relationships and critical decision points, and to communicate in an inspiring way.
During her career, Johanna has worked in sales and consulting in Finland and internationally for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. Nowadays, in addition to her coaching business, she also does direct searches and recruitment, as it often takes both new ideas and new people to bring about change.
Johanna believes in effective processes, respectful interaction and active work, which together help to achieve good results. These lessons help Johanna, a strong introvert, to love her sales and coaching work. She also values continuous learning and self-development, which is reflected in the fact that she is currently studying for her second degree in Economics at Aalto University, majoring in Accounting and minoring in Futurology.
As a business coach, Johanna is genuinely interested in people and change, whether it is individual, team, organisational or corporate change. Professionally, her greatest passions are words and stories that help us build our own thinking and create meaning in collaboration. In her spare time, her hobbies include cooking and wine tasting with her spouse and friends, reading, walking the dogs, hunting and renovating her family home. Johanna's personality is humorous, self-deprecating, content with life and calm.
